Terms of Service

1. Service Content

The Service provides AI-based conversation assistance, reply generation, communication suggestions, and content improvement. The specific features available are those shown on the product pages or within the app.

2. Compliance and Legal Basis

We comply with the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, the Provisions on the Governance of the Online Information Content Ecosystem, and other laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, as well as platform rules. We provide the Service and protect users' rights in accordance with the law.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

• You should provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account and keep your account credentials secure.
• You must have full capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor, you should use the Service with your guardian's consent and guidance.
• We may reasonably verify account information and restrict accounts that violate the rules.

4. User Conduct

• You must not publish or distribute content that is unlawful, violates regulations, infringes rights, is false, violent, or pornographic, or is otherwise inappropriate.
• You must not use technical means to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• You must not engage in conduct that harms the lawful rights and interests of others or violates public order and good morals.

5. AI Content and Usage Notices

The AI suggestions and generated content provided by the Service are for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice. You should exercise independent judgment in light of your circumstances and take responsibility for the results of your use.

Images and other content generated by the Service carry a visible "AI-generated" label and an embedded metadata label by default. Under Article 9 of the Measures for Labeling Artificial Intelligence-Generated and Synthetic Content, you may actively request content without the visible label at the time of generation. By making that request, you undertake and agree that: (1) when publishing or distributing the content, you will fulfill the labeling obligations yourself, including by using the publishing platform's "AI-generated" disclosure feature or adding a prominent written disclosure; (2) you will not remove, alter, falsify, or conceal embedded labels; and (3) you will bear responsibility for any failure to fulfill these obligations. We will retain the relevant records of providing such content for at least six months, as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's products, interfaces, algorithms, text, trademarks, and related content are protected by law and must not be used or distributed without authorization. You retain your rights in your own lawful content but must grant us the license needed to provide the Service.

7. Service Changes and Interruptions

We may upgrade, adjust, or suspend the Service for operational reasons and will provide reasonable advance notice. If the Service is interrupted by force majeure or system maintenance, we will make every effort to restore it and minimize the impact.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service. If our gross negligence causes you loss, we will bear the corresponding liability within a reasonable scope.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction where the company is located.

10. Registration and Account Management

• You should register your account with true and lawful information through which you can be effectively contacted.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and should update your account information in a timely manner.
• If you find that your account has been used without authorization or is at security risk, please contact us promptly so that we can handle it.

12. User Content and License

You retain your rights in the content you submit or generate in the Service (including text, feedback, and the like). To the extent necessary to provide the Service, you grant us a license to use such content within a reasonable scope for storage, processing, display, or improvement of the Service.

13. Rules of Use

• You must not use the Service to engage in fraud, harassment, malicious marketing, or other conduct that harms the rights and interests of others.
• You must not use reverse engineering, crawlers, or other means to obtain non-public data or undermine the security of the Service.

14. Handling of Violations

If you violate these Terms or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures including warnings, restricting features, and suspending or terminating your account. For suspected illegal conduct, we will cooperate with the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

15. Account Deletion

You may apply to delete your account by following the in-product instructions or by contacting customer service. After your account is deleted, the related data will be handled as required by laws and regulations.

16. Protection of Minors

We comply with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors and apply reminders and necessary restrictions to use of the Service by minors.

17. Notices and Changes

We may send you service-related information through in-service notifications, in-app prompts, email, or other means. After these Terms are updated, your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
